1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS
By accessing or using BLX — Bonnie Legal Exchange you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms please do not use BLX.
2. ABOUT BLX
BLX — Bonnie Legal Exchange is a legal document generation platform operated by Judicate Solutions. BLX provides users with access to professionally structured legal document templates for use in Ghana.
3. NOT LEGAL ADVICE
BLX is not a law firm. The documents generated by BLX are templates for informational purposes only and do not constitute legal advice. BLX does not create a lawyer-client relationship with any user. You are strongly advised to seek independent legal advice from a qualified Ghanaian lawyer before executing any document generated by BLX.
4. USER ACCOUNTS
You must create an account to use BLX. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account. You must provide accurate and complete information when creating your account.
5. PAYMENTS
BLX charges GH¢ 15 per document generated. Premium subscribers pay GH¢ 99 per month for unlimited document generation. All payments are processed securely through Paystack. All sales are final. Refunds are issued only where a document fails to generate due to a technical error on BLX's part.
6. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All content on BLX including document templates, guides, design, and code is the intellectual property of Judicate Solutions. Users may not copy, reproduce, or distribute BLX content without prior written permission.
7. USER RESPONSIBILITIES
You agree to use BLX only for lawful purposes. You agree not to use BLX to generate documents for fraudulent or illegal purposes. You agree not to attempt to hack, disrupt, or reverse engineer BLX.
8. DATA PROTECTION
BLX collects and processes personal data in accordance with Ghana's Data Protection Act 2012 (Act 843). Please see our Privacy Policy for full details of how we handle your data.
9. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
BLX and Judicate Solutions shall not be liable for any loss, damage, or liability arising from the use of documents generated by BLX. BLX does not guarantee that documents generated will be accepted by any court, institution, or third party. The user assumes all risk in connection with the use of documents generated by BLX.
10. CHANGES TO TERMS
BLX reserves the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of BLX after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
11. GOVERNING LAW
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the Republic of Ghana. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ghana.
